401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with a Company Match
Cigital's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan helps employees plan and realize their retirement savings goals. Employees are eligible for immediate entry into the plan.
Employee Stock Option Plan
Our stock option plan is designed to attract, retain and motivate employees. Options are included when a Cigital job offer is tendered and are awarded upon employee acceptance of the offer.
Health/Dental Insurance Plan; Discounted Vision Program
Cigital's generous health insurance plan provides an HMO and PPO option for employees and their families and includes prescription coverage. Dental insurance and a discounted vision program are also offered.
Gym Membership Assistance
Cigital will reimburse employees $15.00 per month toward memberships at two local gyms.
Premium Conversion Plan
Under the Premium Conversion Plan, Cigital employees may use pre-tax money to pay for their portion of group health insurance premiums.
Flexible Spending Account
A Flexible Spending Account allows employees to use pre-tax money to pay for certain medical expenses not covered by insurance (e.g. co-pays, deductibles, laser eye surgery, braces) and certain dependant care expenses.
529 College Savings Program
The 529 savings program is a powerful way to save for your child's
education. The program provides tax-free earnings and tax-free
distribution for qualified education expenses.
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
Cigital offers short- and long-term disability insurance that allows employees to protect a portion of their monthly income in the event they are unable to work due to injury or illness.
Life Insurance and AD&D
Cigital offers life insurance in the amount of one times an employee's annual salary, capped at $150,000. Employees can also purchase additional low-cost coverage for themselves, their spouses and their dependents.
Northwest Federal Credit Union
Employees are eligible to join the Northwest Federal Credit Union, which offers no-cost checking, low interest credit cards, and low interest loans, among other services.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Cigital encourages continuing education and will, at a supervisor's discretion, reimburse employees for up to $5,250 per year (per semester, $3,000 maximum) in tuition toward work-related courses.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive eight paid holidays plus two floating holidays each year. Employees also accrue 15 days of paid annual leave during their first five years of employment. This grows to 20 days in years six and beyond.
Flexible Work Hours Policy
Cigital managers and supervisors are encouraged to allow for flexibility in employee work schedules.
Casual Dress Policy
Casual attire is the norm at Cigital.
